BitSwype is a non-custodial solution. We do not collect, store, or process personal data in the ordinary course of providing the card.
1. Information We DO NOT Collect:
- No KYC / identity documents
- No names, emails, or addresses (unless you voluntarily contact support)
- No private keys or seed phrases (never transmitted or stored)
- No wallet balance or transfer history on our servers
2. Information We Temporarily Process:
During a transaction, the card sends to our backend only:
- Signed PSBT (public transaction data)
- Card serial number
- USD amount
These are forwarded to our payment processing partner and deleted from our logs within 24 hours.
3. Cookies & Analytics:
We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data) for aggregate visitor statistics only.
4. Third-Party Partners:
- CompoSecure – manufactures the physical card
- Chetu – Software development
5. Your Rights:
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing support@BitSwype.com.
6. Changes:
We may update this policy; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
